a9cf95dba8 Move OFX imports from libofx to ofxgo 
This makes them native Go code, and will allow for fetching them
directly from financial institutions later.

c0fb04b722 Fix Gnucash security imports 
Attempt to find an existing security that matches, trying decreasingly
specific searches, and create the security if nothing close can be
found.
